Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is everything to us. That's why returning products back to SmallRig is fast and easy! We provide Easy 2-Years Warranty for all products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 7 days from the date you receive it, you can return the item(s) or apply a full refund, subject to conditions and exclusions below:

Eligibility Conditions
Please consult or discuss with customer service team before returning item(s).
Customer service is happy to help you to troubleshoot the issues.
Please provide photo/video and label proof of defects if there is any.
All returned items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and must not have any installation marks or signs of use. Must be sealed in the original packaging for a full refund.
In the case of missing accessories, we would ship the accessories to you at our cost.
If your order includes multiple items, only those that have been discussed with our service team are eligible for return or refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items can be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Defective products can be returned and repaired within 2 years after purchase. Return of products that have been dissembled or modified by unauthorized repairing work will not be accepted. Please contact us first for any quality issue.

If the issue(s) were not caused by customer, item(s) will be repaired/replaced at our cost. We will be responsible for all shipping fee if order is within 30 days, and return shipping if order is within 1 year. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fee if order is over 1 year.
We can repair products with defectives caused by accidental damages at reasonable labor and shipping cost.

Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits
Refund would be processed within 7 business days.
Unused products, in original sealed packages are eligible forreturn and refund (deducting a restocking fee). Customers is responsible for return shipping fee.
Once the item(s) are received and inspected, we will credit your account. Please wait for 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Please note that shipping fee is nonrefundable.
