SMALLRIG VersaFrame Cage Kit 1698 is a professional camera support package applys to the DSLR cameras. The Cage kit package includes: the top handle, a QR cheese handle for handhold, the 7cm NATO rail, the VersaFrame Cage for accessory attachment, the 2'' rods, the two-way rod clamp for holding two, pass through 15mm Rods(30cm) at the correct lens height, the long lens support, the easy plate for attaching the whole accessory kit to a tripod plate.

This is a great product. I feel as if it is more or less a starting point for building your rig around. It helps you learn how to use a 15mm rail system, and set up all of the accessories that go a long with it. I have a camera that I use this with and I can get the battery out and back in easily as well as change the sd card easily. I usually have a buddy help me but that isnt really a huge issue. The cage is built solid and i have had no issues. My rig is now based around this cage with new rods, and more handles, a monitor, audio recorder etc and i still pick the whole rig up by the top handle with no worries. it is a solid rig. :)
