Personalization Guide
Check the list at the end of this article to see if your gadgets can be personalized. Leave your text when placing order or send message to smallrig@smallrig.com.
1. Only plain text with no more than 16 characters (spaces included) accepted;
2. Print method is laser engraving; text is in Calibri font, white color, in a fixed location;
3. The SmallRig logo on items cannot be removed;
4. We will email you to confirm before proceeding with production;
5. Order will be shipped within 5 business days after design is confirmed;
6. Unless order has quality problem(s) or missing pieces, personalized items are non-returnable.
