SmallRig Professional Half-cage Kit 2025 is exclusively designed for Panasonic Lumix GH5. It includes Advanced Half-cage Kit 2024 and Top handle 1984, which provides basic protection, smooth access and multiple extensions for your Panasonic Lumix GH5.
Key features
1. Top Handle 1984 can be installed on Half Cage 2024 for handheld shooting. Cold shoes, Arri locating points, 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ threaded holes are located on Top Handle 1984 for DIY possibilities.
2. Cold shoe on Half Cage 2024 can attach Articulating Rosette Arm 1497 for monitor.
3. Arri locating points on the side of half cage can connect Magic Arm 1978.
4. NATO rail on the side can attach 150mm Safety NATO Rail 1884 via Arri Rosette Adapter 2046.
5. 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ threaded holes on the bottom of baseplate can fit quick release plates of different standards.

Top Handle 1984 can be installed on Half Cage 2024 for handheld shooting. Cold shoes, Arri locating points, 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ threaded holes are located on top handle 1984 for DIY possibilities. Cold shoe on Half Cage 2024 can attach Articulating Rosette Arm 1497 for monitor. Arri 3/8’’ holes on the side connect Anti-Rotation Magic Arm 1978 or attach Articulating Rosette Arm 2065 for monitor. NATO rail on the side can attach 150mm Safety NATO Rail 1884 via Arri Rosette Adapter 2046. Many 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ threaded holes are located on the side of the half cage for extensive purposes. The battery grip is locked via 1/4’’ screw on the bottom, also protected by rubber pads from scratching. The small anti-twist plate can attach bottom plate via two M4 screws, avoiding twisting of the battery grip. Half cage 2024 fits bottom plate perfectly via two M4 screws. 15mm rod clamp can attach 15mm Rod 1051 for shoulder pad 1485 or battery plate 1547. 15mm rod clamp will ensure 85mm rod height. 1/4’’ threaded holes on the side of top are specially utilized for attaching Panasonic Lumix GH5 DMW-XLR1 Helmet Kit 2017. 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ threaded holes on the bottom of baseplate can fit quick release plates of different standards.
