SMALLRIG Cold Shoe 1496 allows you to mount any device with a hotshoe adapter to a 15mm rod, or 15mm rod end of an articulating arm or something like that. Now you can easily mount any light, sound recorder, microphone, or other hotshoe accessory to the Coldshoe 1496, slide it onto a 15mm rod, and quick release with the lever.
