Before Return:

Discussion with our Service Team is required before any return. Usually we can quickly resolve your problems, so it is necessary to tell us FIRSTLY if your goods seem problematic.

Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty, such as dissassembling products, repairing or modifying components, flashing the firmware or using non-approved software.

In the event of missing accessories, we do not accept return and would ship the accessories to your without charging you shipping fee. 

If your order includes serveral items, we only accept return of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Notes:

Please make sure to return package via Postal Office Service, not DHL,UPS,TNT or Fedex. And please be sure to offer us the tracking NO. so that we can track it online. If no tracking NO.,  we can not get the returned package.

Please write lower value at $30 and write as "return for repairment".

Please pack it well enough to protect it from damage during shipping.
